1-Year Limited Warranty:
- Covers parts replacement for any defective components
- Includes fabric defects, stitching issues, and hardware malfunctions
- Standard coverage for all curtain and drape orders
3-Year Limited Warranty:
- Covers the entire system including fabric, lining, and hardware
- If any manufacturing defects arise within three years, the system can be replaced free of charge
- Available for premium fabric selections
5-Year Limited Warranty:
- Comprehensive coverage for the entire system
- If any manufacturing defects arise within five years, the system can be replaced free of charge
- Available for motorized shades and premium Roman shade systems
- Includes motor and electronic component coverage
What Is Covered
Our limited warranty covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Flaws in materials or workmanship that existed at the time of manufacture
- Fabric Defects: Tears, holes, or significant flaws in the fabric (excluding normal wear)
- Stitching Issues: Unraveling seams, loose hems, or poor construction
- Hardware Malfunctions: Defective grommets, hooks, rings, or mounting hardware
- Lining Separation: Detachment of lining from main fabric due to manufacturing defect
- Motorized Components: Motor failure or electronic control issues (for motorized products with 5-year warranty)
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear & Tear: Normal fading from sunlight exposure, gradual fraying of fabric edges, natural loss of color intensity over time, deterioration of operation mechanisms with regular use
- Environmental Damage: Damage from water, moisture, humidity, mold, mildew, insects, or pets
- Improper Installation: Damage resulting from incorrect installation or failure to follow provided instructions
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any damages caused by the owner modifying, attempting to repair, or otherwise altering the products without authorization
- Misuse or Abuse: Damage from improper use, excessive force, or negligence
- Cleaning Damage: Damage from improper cleaning methods or use of harsh chemicals
- Measurement Errors: Issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color Matching: Slight variations in color between fabric swatches and final products due to dye lot differences
- Product Obsolescence: This warranty does not guarantee that products won't become obsolete in the future
Important Note: This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by warranty, please follow these steps:

- Provide Information: Include your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue
- Submit Photos: Attach clear photos showing the defect from multiple angles
- Include Measurements: If applicable, provide measurements showing the issue
- Wait for Response: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
What Happens Next:
- If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product or parts at no charge
- You may be asked to return the defective product (we will provide a prepaid shipping label)
- Replacement products will be manufactured and shipped within the standard production timeframe
- If the exact product is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement
Warranty Period Start Date
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to your address, as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
