Before You Order

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Review our product information carefully, including hanging styles and measurement guides
  • Order free fabric swatches to verify color and texture
  • Double-check all measurements for custom products
  • Contact us with any questions before placing your order

Standard (Ready-Made) Products

Cancellation Window

  • Before Shipping: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of payment confirmation or before the order ships, whichever comes first.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will receive tracking information via email.

How to Cancel

To cancel an eligible order:

  1. Email us at info@romancurtain.com with your order number
  2. Include "Cancellation Request" in the subject line
  3. We will confirm your cancellation within 24 hours

Refund Processing

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Custom Made-to-Order Products

Cancellation Window

Due to the custom nature of these products, cancellation options are limited:

  • Within 12 Hours: You may request modifications or cancellation by emailing us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • After 12 Hours: Once production begins (typically 12 hours after order placement), orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • After Shipping: Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Why This Policy?

Custom products are manufactured specifically to your measurements and specifications. Once production begins, the materials and labor cannot be reused for other orders. This is why we have a limited cancellation window for made-to-order items.

Modification Requests

If you need to modify your order:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order
  • Email info@romancurtain.com with your order number and requested changes
  • We will confirm if modifications are possible
  • No modifications can be made after production begins

Quality Guarantee

If you receive a defective product or we made an error in manufacturing, we will:

  • Repair the product at no cost, or
  • Remake the product to correct specifications, or
  • Provide a full refund

Samples and Swatches

Fabric samples and swatches cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once ordered. These items are provided at minimal cost to help you make informed purchasing decisions.

Refund Timeline

For approved cancellations:

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days to process the cancellation
  • Refund Time: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase
  • Notification: You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
