At ROMAN CURTAIN, we provide transparent, fair, and customizable pricing for all custom-made window treatments. Our prices are determined based on size, fabric selection, lining options, and accessory customization.


1. Pricing Principles

Base Price:
Each product listing displays a starting price ("From $XX.XX"), representing the minimum configuration available (smallest size, standard fabric, and basic lining).

Final Price:
The final order price depends on your selected width, height, fabric category, lining type, header style, and optional accessories (e.g., motorized tracks or decorative rods).
You can preview your total price in real time before checkout — the final amount shown at checkout is the price you pay.


2. How Prices Are Calculated

Component Description Effect on Price
Size Price increases with total fabric area (width × height) Larger width/height → higher cost
Fabric Type Different fabric categories (Linen, Cotton, Velvet, Sheer) have unique base rates Premium materials increase cost
Lining Type Optional blackout, thermal, or standard lining Adds a fixed surcharge per square meter
Header Style Pleated, grommet, rod pocket, or track style May adjust total fabric usage (±5–10%)

Example:
A curtain priced "From $129" (for 100×160cm in standard sheer fabric) may increase to "$199" for 150×250cm in velvet with blackout lining.


3. What's Included in the Price

Every ROMAN CURTAIN order includes:

  • Custom cutting and tailoring to your exact measurements
  • Professional hemming and finishing
  • Quality control inspection
  • Secure packaging for shipping
  • Care instructions and installation guidance

4. Free Services

We offer the following at no additional cost:

  • Free Fabric Swatches: Order up to 5 fabric samples to see and feel the quality before purchasing
  • Free Measuring Guide: Downloadable PDF with step-by-step instructions
  • Free Design Consultation: Email support to help you choose the right style and fabric

5. Promotions & Discounts

All discounts are displayed on the product page and applied automatically at checkout.
Unless otherwise noted, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
Coupon codes must be entered before payment to apply successfully.


6. Custom Quotations

If your window dimensions or configuration are not listed on the product page, please contact info@romancurtain.com for a tailored quotation.
Quotes remain valid for 14 days and include estimated production time.


7. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Discover
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Payment Terms:

  • Standard Orders: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Your custom curtains will begin production once payment is confirmed.
  • Large Orders: For orders exceeding $2,000, we may offer split payment options. Please contact us to discuss.

8. Payment Security

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
We do not store your card details on our servers.
Your payment information is processed securely through trusted payment gateways.


9. Taxes, Duties & Additional Fees

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. Tax rates vary by state and country.

Import Duties:
For international orders, import duties (if any) will be shown at checkout or may be collected upon delivery, depending on your country's customs regulations.

No Hidden Fees:
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. We do not add processing fees, handling fees, or surprise charges after purchase.


10. Currency & Pricing Display

All prices are shown in USD (United States Dollars).
International customers may see converted prices based on their location, but final charges will be processed in USD.
Currency conversion is handled securely via your payment provider.


11. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Destination address
  • Shipping method selected (Standard or Expedited)

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 10-15 business days

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

In case of an obvious pricing error (e.g., $0.00 or technical mistake), we reserve the right to correct the error and contact you before processing your order.

Because all our curtains are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
